  • About the Role
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Site Coordination Specialist to join our team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth coordination of site works, maintaining quality standards, and working closely with consultants and contractors.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Assist consultants/client in the supervision and quality assurance of construction works on site
  • E nsure that all installation methods and material used are in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications
  • Liaise with the contractors/sub-contractors in the coordination of site works
  • Highlight discrepancies, feedback site progress and irregularities to Consultants
  • E nsure the contractors maintain work safety, cleanliness and tidiness of the site
  • Requirements
  • Registered with IES as a Resident Technical Officer (C&S) is a must

  • Location: Bukit Batok East Ave 3, Jurong West St 81
  • 5.5 days with 44 hours work week, no shift
