Job Title: Food and Beverage Service Associate

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Service Associate. This role will involve providing excellent customer service, handling food and beverage orders, and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
  1. Handle food and beverage orders in a timely and efficient manner
  2. Provide friendly and excellent service to all guests
  3. Assist fellow team members in preparation and setup of restaurants for food service
  4. Ensure all available amenities and utensils are properly stocked and inspected prior to service
  5. Assist guests with their requests and conduct suggestive selling
  6. Handle all restaurant telephone and email reservation enquiries
  7. Perform other administrative duties as required


Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:

- Minimum Secondary school education with 'O' Level passes; Diploma in any field is an advantage
- Minimum 1 year in a guest service / guest contact role, preferably in a hospitality organization
- Possess food hygiene and safety certification
- Willing and able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Possess a well-groomed, professional appearance
