Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Growth Leader to drive business expansion and client satisfaction in the affluent and high-net-worth banking segments. This leadership role requires exceptional leadership, coaching, and team development skills to inspire a team of Relationship Managers to deliver consistent sales performance and client growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills with the ability to motivate and retain top talent.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in engaging affluent and high-net-worth clients.
  • Results-oriented, strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
