We are seeking a highly skilled Client Growth Leader to drive business expansion and client satisfaction in the affluent and high-net-worth banking segments. This leadership role requires exceptional leadership, coaching, and team development skills to inspire a team of Relationship Managers to deliver consistent sales performance and client growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic business growth through effective team management, client acquisition, and portfolio expansion.
- Build a strong talent pipeline by recruiting, onboarding, and developing high-performing Relationship Managers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a client-centric sales culture that balances growth with service excellence.

- Proven success in leading Relationship Managers and driving sales growth within priority/wealth banking.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills with the ability to motivate and retain top talent.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in engaging affluent and high-net-worth clients.
- Results-oriented, strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
