Audit Services Leader

Job Overview
The role of an Audit Manager involves overseeing and managing a diverse portfolio of clients who require statutory auditing services. The successful candidate will work closely with the team to co-lead or lead engagements, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign and manage client portfolios, providing exceptional service and meeting deadlines.
- Involved in the budgeting process to forecast billings and collections on a regular basis.
- Perform risk assessments and audit procedures according to established plans.
- Evaluate audit evidence to draw meaningful conclusions in response to audit objectives.
- Analyze matters arising from audits with senior leaders.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive audit documentation.
- Ensure high-quality delivery of audit engagements, staying within allocated budgets.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
- Foster long-term partnerships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
Requirements:
- Hold a degree in Accountancy, Accounting, or Finance, or equivalent qualifications.
- Have at least 4 years of relevant experience in auditing.
- Demonstrate expertise in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
- Possess excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and leadership qualities.
