Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and oversee the service delivery function, ensuring high-quality and efficient service to clients.
  2. Develop and implement change management strategies to support organisational transformation and continuous improvement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address service delivery and change management needs.
  4. Monitor and report on service delivery performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  5. Drive the adoption of best practices in service delivery and change management.
  6. Manage and mentor a team of service delivery and change management professionals.
  7. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
