Join Our Team as a Junior Events Crew

We're looking for talented and motivated individuals to join our team as junior events crew. As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for the set-up, execution, and tear-down of events, representing brands and engaging with people on the ground.

Responsibilities:
  • Event Set-up: You'll work closely with our team to ensure that every event is set up perfectly, including stage design, lighting, and audiovisual equipment.
  • Event Execution: Once the event starts, you'll take charge of ensuring that everything runs smoothly, from coordinating staff to managing logistics.
  • Event Tear-down: After the event, you'll help dismantle the event setup, pack up equipment, and clean the area.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication skills are essential for this role, as you'll need to interact with clients, vendors, and colleagues on a regular basis.
  • Self-Motivation: We're looking for self-starters who can work independently and manage their time effectively.
  • Sales and Leadership Skills: A background in sales or leadership would be beneficial, but not necessary. What's more important is your ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions.
  • Maintaining Client Relationships: Building strong relationships with clients is crucial to our success. You'll need to be able to build rapport with them, understand their needs, and deliver exceptional results.
  • Brand Communication: You'll need to be able to communicate effectively about our brand, its values, and its mission.
  • Goal-Oriented: This role requires someone who is driven by results and always striving to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Marketing and Events Experience: While not essential, experience in marketing and events would be a plus.
