Leasing Manager Position

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Leasing Manager to join our organization and play a key role in the leasing process for retail properties.

  • A successful candidate will lead a team in executing leasing strategies to maximize property value and occupancy rates.
  • They will conduct market research and analysis to understand current trends in the real estate industry.
  • Negotiate lease terms with new and existing tenants to ensure favorable outcomes for the business.
  • Finalize lease agreements and other leasing-related documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Liaise with tenants and building occupants on leasing and tenancy-related matters to ensure smooth communication and conflict resolution.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Real Estate, Business, or a relevant discipline and at least 5 years of experience in retail leasing. They should have an outstanding track record in marketing and leasing of retail properties and possess strong negotiation and communication skills.
