As a Mortgage and Real Estate Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our mortgage and real estate business. Your primary objective will be to provide expert loan advisory and solutions to meet the property financing needs of our customers.
Main Responsibilities:- Identify and capitalise on sales opportunities within the mortgage and real estate sectors.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, with a focus on delivering exceptional after-sales service.
- Plan and execute sales visits and presentations to potential customers, working independently to achieve your goals.
- Engage with potential business partners via cold calling and texting.
- Establish a robust referral network through regular contact with your referral sources.
- Positive attitude and outstanding customer service skills.
- High degree of initiative and self-motivation.
- Preferably a degree or diploma, coupled with sales experience in the banking and financial services industry.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet sales targets.
- Flexibility to work weekends, if required.
