• Manage finance and tax related activities for REIT malls
• Provide senior management with timely, accurate, and relevant information and analysis on the financial performance of the group and working closely with Ops team to provide a complete perspective on group performance.
• Assist in preparing the statutory Financial Statements for half yearly announcements and yearly annual Financial Statements, including Accounting Paper.
• Assist in reviewing the Announcements like Quarterly Business Update, Half-yearly results and Annual Report.
• Assist in consolidating the financial results for the Group and preparing monthly, quarterly and YTD analysis of the variance against comparative periods and budget
• Advise on cashflow management on foreseeable operational cash needs
• Assist and support in preparing the tax return and CITQ
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting workstream
• Build and maintain cordial relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax agents and Trustee
• Conduct research, benchmarking and analysis/ insights of industry and peers
• Take charge of quarterly GST returns on a timely submission and ensure accuracy.
• Identify and develop solutions for finance and tax related issues to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of financial reporting process and internal controls
• Any other roles and responsibilities assigned by management.

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields and/or CPA
• 8 years in a financial management reporting role, ideally 3 years in accounting firm and 4 years in a managerial role
• Deep analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
• Ability to work under a tight timeline
• Excellent team player
• Highly effective communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
• Familiarity with SAP accounting software and IBM Cognos Controller
