  • Leading the design and architecture of complex digital transformation solutions, specifically across Network, SD-WAN, SASE, and Cloud Security domains.
  • Translating intricate customer requirements into functional, effective, and appropriate technical solutions.
  • Driving strategic relationship management at all levels to enhance customer reach and engagement.
  • Taking strong involvement in complex deals and decision-making processes.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with internal product, marketing, network, and service management teams, as well as external partners and OEM vendors, to drive successful outcomes.
  • Researching, monitoring, and understanding market and competitive trends to create strategic plans that deliver desired results.
  • Authoring compelling technical sections of proposals and presenting solutions to customers.
  • Providing technical guidance and knowledge transfer to sales teams to enhance solution selling capabilities.
Requirements:

You will be responsible for:

  • Holding 10-12 years of sales experience within the Telecommunications or Global Service Integrator sectors.
  • Having must-have experience selling Digital Transformation solutions in areas such as Network, SD-WAN, Cloud, Cybersecurity, SASE, Contact Centre, and UCaaS.
  • Holding an MBA or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • Demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build 'trusted advisor' relationships with customers.
  • Being detail-oriented, with proven experience in creating thorough and comprehensive Solution Design Documents (SDD).
  • Showcasing flexibility in problem-solving, with the ability to identify and significantly improve existing methods and techniques.
  • Having fluency in English, with strong Mandarin skills being a significant advantage for collaborating across APAC markets.
