About the Role

This position is for a Field Specialist, serving as Technical Support on the field for SR, SA and Warranty to ensure resolution and timely closure of each job. Responsible for Quality Issue Management.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Field Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Utilizing detailed company guidelines to oversee performance of basic on-site preventative maintenance, routine repair, and calibration after installation by Field tech and Sub-Con team.
  • Coordinating logistics required for field service, including ordering of parts, issuing of parts to field staff/subcontractors, and arranging delivery of required equipment or parts.
  • Collaborating with customers on service delivery dates, including all required documentation for work (Permit to work, Risk Assessments, etc).
  • Providing basic quotations to residential customers.

Requirements

We are looking for individuals who are experienced in scheduling and planning, and possess good communication skills.

As a minimum, you must have:

  • Minimum Nitec in mechanical or any relevant engineering discipline.
  • HVAC background will be an advantage.
  • Scheduling and planning experience is advantageous.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
