Job Description:

Achieve Success in Global Inventory Planning and Control

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive the success of our global inventory planning and control team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for consolidating fab metrics performance, owning and maintaining global inventory metrics, business processes, and reports.

Key responsibilities include partnering with sites to enable timely communication of fab deviation to plan, improving efficiency of network fab metrics consolidation through automation, and optimizing inventory and line performance for the FE network.

The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory control, production planning, and line management, with a strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and related systems.

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is also required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field of study
  • 1-2 years' experience in inventory control/production planning/line management
  • Intermediate knowledge of 300mm semiconductor manufacturing process
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

This role requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will be able to analyze line performance, provide direction, and make informed decisions.

In addition, the candidate should be fluent in basic concepts of weekly wafer starts and wafer outs business process and have intermediate to advanced proficiency with SQL, Tableau, and reporting capability to enable automation.
