Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Tender Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and submitting tender proposals, including cost estimates, bill of quantities, and pricing schedules.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, with the ability to review and analyze project specifications and drawings to accurately determine project requirements. They will also have strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with project teams to develop accurate and competitive tender submissions.

In addition to these key responsibilities, the successful candidate will be required to liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for tender preparation. They will also be responsible for compiling and submitting quotations for projects, including all necessary materials and services.

The successful candidate will be expected to review and negotiate subcontractor and supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies. They will also be responsible for accurately certifying and validating progress claims submitted by contractors.
