Front-line Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

This is a unique opportunity to work as a front-line customer service representative in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to students and parents.

You will manage telephone calls, walk-in queries, and other forms of communication with ease, using your excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Your role will involve resolving complaints, answering questions, and providing information to customers in a professional and courteous manner.

In addition to your customer-facing duties, you will also assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing documents, and sorting and distributing materials to teachers and students.

We are looking for a motivated and organized individual who can work independently and as part of a team. If you have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.


Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in a secondary school environment.
  • Customer service oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office skills and use of IT systems.

Benefits:
  • Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:00pm.
  • Fridays: 7:00am to 3:30pm.
  • Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
