As a senior architectural lead, this role involves overseeing the architectural aspects of construction projects, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to specifications.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain close collaboration with clients, consultants, project team members, and subcontractors to ensure all technical aspects are followed up diligently.
  • Organize trades schedules and coordinate architectural tasks, finishes, and integration with structural and M&E specifics.
  • Evaluate and submit architectural drawings, material samples, and method statements on time according to the project timeline.
  • Plan and oversee site activities, collaborating closely with subcontractors and their supervisors to guarantee effective execution.
  • Conduct regular inspections of architectural works to verify adherence to approved designs, specifications, and smooth progression.
  • Monitor work progress to ensure it aligns with the targeted schedule for timely and efficient completion.
  • Verify that all works meet specified requirements, Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards, quality standards, and government regulations.

Requirements:

  • A minimum Diploma in Architecture or degree recognized by BOA.
  • At least 10 years' relevant experience as an Architectural Manager in large-scale projects.
  • Relevant architectural field experience in high-rise buildings of at least 100m height is advantageous or projects of similar scale and complexity.
  • Solid knowledge of architecture specifications & requirements.
