We are seeking an experienced Architectural Design Expert to join our team. As a key member of the design team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs that meet our clients' needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to balance aesthetics with functionality, while also meeting project timelines and budgets.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement architectural designs that are visually appealing and meet client requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in architecture and design

Requirements
  • Professional degree in Architecture or related field (e.g., B.Arch, M.Arch)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural design and project management
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and 3Ds Max
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
