Job Title: Senior Architecture Professional

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architecture Professional to join our team. As a Senior Architect, you will play a key role in leading the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion.

Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their project brief, create design proposals using computer-aided design and traditional drawing methods, and ensure that the design aspects of a construction project influence and relate to performance and functional issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with clients and other stakeholders to agree on the project brief;
  • Prepare design proposals using computer-aided design and traditional drawing methods;
  • Coordinate with relevant authorities to obtain statutory approval;
  • Lead the preparation of tender documentation and construction drawings;
  • Assist in administering contracts and project certifications;
  • Obtain feedback on work in progress and finished results from clients;
  • Assist on-site inspection during construction to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with all design documents;
  • Manage the work of junior staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Good working attitude, proactive, and conscientious.
  • Graduated with a recognized degree in architecture.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in the architectural industry in Singapore or Malaysia.
  • Able to work within a team and in a fast-paced environment with good working attitude, proactive, and conscientious.
  • Knowledge of architectural details and working drawings.
  • Familiarity with Singapore's building regulations, zoning laws, and construction practices is crucial.
  • Knowledge of computer 3D and presentation programs such as Rhino, Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office.
