Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers, and understanding their vehicle concerns and service requirements.
  • Coordinate with workshop technicians to inspect vehicles, discuss findings with customers, and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance based on vehicle condition.
  • Prepare quotations for repairs, including parts, labor, and other services required.
  • Coordinate and schedule service appointments to ensure an organized workflow and maximize efficiency at the workshop.
  • Keep customers informed about the updated status and timeline of their vehicles.
  • Provide basic technical information to customers about their vehicle's condition, explaining repairs in non-technical terms, and addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Share services or maintenance that may be beneficial to the customer's vehicle and introduce periodic promotion campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate service records, customer information, and other relevant data in the service database.
Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE 'N' level or Nitec in Automotive Trade.
  • Preferably 1 year of experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Team player with initiative and a positive attitude towards learning.
  • Possess a pleasing personality and be able to attend to customers courteously.
