Job Title: Dental Care Associate

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing chair-side assistance to specialists in dental treatment and procedures. This includes ensuring the proper maintenance of dental instruments, complying with infection control standards, and adhering to work safety regulations.

In addition, the job-holder will be expected to assist in cleaning, sterilizing, sorting, and packing of instruments in general sterilization area, manage inventory in assigned dental operatory, and assist with patient's appointment.

They will also collaborate and cooperate with clinicians and other healthcare providers in the smooth delivery of dental care and services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum NITEC certification in Dental Assisting or equivalent qualification
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • A team player with ability to work independently
  • Strong interest in dentistry field
