Dental Care Associate

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Dental Care Associate.

  • Assist dentists in providing high-quality patient care for general and specialist dental treatments.
  • Maintain a high level of infection control procedures and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Develop a strong understanding of dental treatment procedures and protocols.
  • Support the Operations Manager in overseeing the effectiveness of dental treatment procedures and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Manage inventory standards for medications, supplies, and equipment, including stock taking and ordering.
  • Liaise with external companies such as laboratories and X-ray centers on administrative matters.

  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a calm demeanor under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
