Job Summary
Royce Dental Group are looking for skilled and compassionate Dental Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care to patients, build long-term patient relationships, and contribute to the success and growth of the clinic. This role requires a commitment to clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, and continuous professional development.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnose oral conditions, and develop treatment plans.
  • Carry out general dental procedures such as restorations, extractions, root canal treatments, crowns, bridges, preventive care, oral and implant surgeries
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and post-treatment care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and adhere to clinic protocols.
  • Work collaboratively with dental assistants, hygienists, and support staff to ensure smooth patient flow and quality service.
  • Adhere to infection control protocols, health and safety standards, and professional regulations.
  • Stay updated with current dental practices, technologies, and continuing education.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or equivalent recognized qualification.
  • Full registration with the Singapore Dental Council (SDC).
  • Valid Professional Indemnity Insurance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic abilities.
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and ethical practice.
