Job Description

We are seeking a Business Process Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving business improvement and innovation.

Your primary responsibility will be to lead and facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings with stakeholders to gather, understand, and document business requirements.

You will also evaluate information from multiple sources, resolve conflicting inputs, and differentiate between user requests and underlying business needs.

Additionally, you will analyze and document current ('as-is') and future ('to-be') business processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.

Your expertise will be utilized to develop and maintain comprehensive project artefacts, including business cases, process flow diagrams, and requirements traceability matrices.

Furthermore, you will translate business requirements into clear technical specifications that are easily understood by both business stakeholders and development teams.

You will assess third-party products and vendor solutions to ensure alignment with organizational, business, and technical requirements, supporting informed procurement and implementation decisions.

Presenting findings and proposing solutions will be an integral part of your role, managing the expectations of both business and technical audiences, including senior leadership.

Collaboration with Project Managers will be essential in supporting the management of project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

Your contribution will also include identifying technological opportunities that enhance administrative efficiency and contribute to the IT digitalisation roadmap.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Possess relevant qualifications in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Certified in Business Analysis, such as the Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP).
  • Experienced in the Request for Proposal (RFP) process, including evaluating third-party software vendors, managing vendor relationships post-implementation, and supporting change management to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and processes.
