Senior Mandarin Educator

The Senior Mandarin Educator mentors the team to enhance their teaching practice, fostering trusting and respectful relationships with children. They utilise in-depth knowledge of Early Childhood education and pedagogical expertise to design a developmentally and culturally appropriate curriculum for children.

The educator oversees the setup of secure and quality learning environments for children, mentoring other educators in preparing engaging experiences and environments. They develop structures for collaborative partnerships with families and communities, supporting a culture of continuous learning and collaboration within the centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement teaching approaches aligned with curricula frameworks
  • Review engagement strategies under curriculum and pedagogical frameworks
  • Develop initiatives to enhance the quality of the learning environment
  • Establish partnerships and collaborations with families and community stakeholders

Requirements:

  • L2 Certification from ECDA
  • WSQ Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education Teaching Mandrin (DECCE-T) or above
  • More than 8 years of working experience as a Preschool Teacher
