Job Title: Distinguished Mandarin Educator and Leader

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Mandarin educator to join our teaching team. As a pivotal role in shaping the minds of young learners, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality Mandarin lessons.

Our Preschool's Comprehensive Curriculum:

Our preschool offers a comprehensive Mandarin curriculum that builds a strong foundation in speaking, reading, and writing skills for children aged 18 months to 6 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and mentor educators to enhance their teaching practices in Mandarin.
  • Lead the planning and delivery of Mandarin curriculum, ensuring it is engaging and meets the needs of our students.
  • Design and implement safe, stimulating learning environments and resources that promote learning and exploration.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with families and the community to support the education and well-being of our students.

Requirements:

  • L2 Certification from ECDA (mandatory).
  • WSQ Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education Teaching – Mandarin (DECCE-T) or above.
  • Minimum 5 years' preschool teaching experience in Mandarin.
  • Experience in mentoring and supporting colleagues is highly desirable.
