Lead Mandarin Language Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mandarin language educator to join our team as a Mandarin Language Educator. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and interactive Mandarin language classes to young children aged 4-6, with the goal of developing their language skills and cultural awareness.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for teaching and learning, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. They should also be fluent in Mandarin and have experience in teaching Chinese to young children in a group setting.
In addition to teaching responsibilities, the successful candidate will be required to track and support each child's language development, provide regular Mandarin updates to parents, and maintain a calm and structured classroom environment.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Diploma in Chinese Studies, Education, or related field from a Singapore-recognised institution.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in teaching Chinese to young children in a group setting.
- Strong spoken Mandarin and excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with Singapore's early childhood or lower primary Chinese curriculum is an asset.
