Drive Business Growth with Data-Driven Insights

We seek a Business Analytics Lead to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes across the ASEAN, South Korea, Australia, and New Zealand regions.

This role will deliver meaningful insights that support new product launches and shape long-term strategies by partnering with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strengthen regional understanding of competitive positioning and market dynamics through collaboration with various stakeholders.
  • Lead the regional forecasting process, incorporating Performance-Based Forecasting (PBF) and Long-Term Forecasting (LTF).
  • Support strategic planning and research through close collaboration with Marketing, Medical, and other teams.
  • Enhance organizational understanding of client and patient perspectives.
  • Contribute to building a strong regional analytics community.
About Our Ideal Candidate
  • A minimum of five years' experience leading analytics, forecasting, or business intelligence projects.
  • Strong foundation in decision support, business analysis, forecasting, market research, or controlling, paired with a strategic mindset.
  • Solid understanding of the Human Pharma business, with the ability to connect data to business impact.
  • Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional environments.
  • Skilled in project management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organized, structured, and proactive.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Excel, IQVIA, Veeva, and market research methodologies is an advantage.
  • Curious, adaptable, and passionate about continuous learning and driving excellence through insights.
