**Concrete Quality Specialist Role**The primary objective of this role is to ensure the excellence of our concrete products through rigorous quality control measures. This includes conducting regular assessments of raw materials and finished goods, as well as implementing and maintaining product quality control procedures across the production process.**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Quality Control Management
  • Conduct thorough testing of concrete raw materials and products in accordance with established standards and specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective quality control procedures.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
**Site Coordination and Technical Support**
  • Facilitate communication between clients and production teams to ensure timely delivery and meet production targets.
  • Conduct site surveys and attend coordination meetings to plan for concrete delivery and placement.
  • Provide on-site technical guidance regarding finishing techniques and protection of freshly cast concrete.
**Staff Education and Training**
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate staff on best practices for concrete quality control and handling.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
**Other Duties**
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
