Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the overall projects related to manufacturing equipment/design while ensuring the highest levels of quality.

The Engineering Manager will oversee the planning, development, implementation and maintenance of manufacturing methods, processes and operations for new and existing products. They will ensure the effective use of materials, equipment and personnel in producing quality products at an effective operating cost.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the overall projects budget and expenses to ensure prudent usage.
  • Overseeing vendor/supplier performance to ensure project equipment are delivered according to plans or contracts.
  • Reviewing viability of solutions that require new capital investments.
  • Delivering reports on engineering project activities and achievement objectives to senior management.

Requirements for this role include a Bachelor Degree in Electrical, Chemical or Mechanical or in related discipline, with minimum 10 years of experience. More than 5 years of related experience and 2 years in management situation are also required. Knowledge in SAP system/CMMS/CCMS/Project Management skills is essential.

A strong leader with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across all departments is necessary for this position. We are looking for someone who can minimize disruptions to manufacturing schedules and day-to-day maintenance activities.
