Manufacturing Engineer Role

We are looking for a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team.

About the Role:

  • As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will work on process start-up, development and optimization, product yield, quality and reliability improvements, cost reduction, cycle-time & productivity improvements, risk management, solving sophisticated manufacturing line issues and engineering operations such as wafer dispositions and process release qualifications.
  • You will identify, diagnose and troubleshoot complicated process-related problems by applying failure analysis, FMEA, 8D, and SPC methodology.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Evaluation, promotion and planning of new equipment / materials.
  • Analyze data and perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve process issues.
  • Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment.
  • Establish and improve process condition and technology.
  • Upgrade process capability and reduce production cost.
  • Establish and modify process management projects.

Requirements:

  • Min Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics, Chemical, Mechanical, Materials Engineering or equivalent.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a drive for finding effective solutions.
  • Passion and interest in semiconductor frontend fabrication and memory industry.
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal and presentation).
  • Strong personal initiative and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC), Design of Experiment, and engineering statistical data analysis would be advantageous.
