Job Summary
As a key member of our operations team, you will provide excellent customer service at GTC counters in Terminals 1, 2 and 3. Your role is to ensure seamless interactions between passengers and taxi drivers.

About the Role
  • You will handle passenger enquiries and taxi bookings efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information on taxi rates, vehicle types, booking rules, payment options and waiting time.
  • Manage queues effectively and ensure smooth boarding at pick-up points.
  • Offer alternative transport options (buses, MRT, normal taxis) when necessary.

Responsibilities
  • Issue service forms with booking details, charges and contact information to each passenger and driver.
  • Collect levy payments from taxi drivers after booking confirmation.

Requirements
  • Prior experience as a Concierge / Receptionist / Admin Assistant would be an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, preferably bilingual.
  • Service-oriented, able to serve passengers professionally and answer any enquiries in a prompt manner;
  • Proficiency in operating relevant systems, including but not limited to booking applications.
