Airport Passenger Assistant

We are currently seeking a reliable and adaptable individual to fill the role of Changi Airport Passenger Assistant .
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to passengers with disabilities, transporting them safely to and from immigration offices and flight gates at Changi Airport. This involves working closely with airline staff, immigration officers, and other airport personnel to ensure seamless travel experiences for all passengers.
In addition to your primary responsibilities, you will also assist airlines with administrative tasks such as completing flight documents. Your strong interpersonal and communication skills will enable you to effectively communicate with colleagues and stakeholders, while your adaptability and flexibility will be crucial in managing varying shifts and overtime requirements.
To succeed in this role, you must possess a high level of physical fitness, as well as excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. As a passenger assistant, you will work in a fast-paced environment and must be able to think on your feet to address any unexpected situations that may arise.
No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided. However, it is essential that you are able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop your skills.
