PeopleSearch Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned Senior Manager, Fundraising to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for identifying, establishing, and developing engagement opportunities for donors to maximize their financial and non-financial support.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic fundraising plans to achieve monthly goals and metrics.
- Research, prepare, and submit funding proposals and appeal letters to secure donations.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with individual donors to ensure long-term support.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and maintain a coordinated approach in support of departmental and university-wide goals.
- Ensure timely completion of donor documents and provide support for hosting development events.
- At least 10 years of experience in major and/or principal gifts fundraising.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and donor database software.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
