Regional Channel Partner Manager

Horangi Cyber Security is seeking a highly skilled Regional Channel Partner Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with channel partners to drive sales and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales and revenue targets through regional channel partners.
- Define clear objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and strategies for expanding and optimizing the regional channel partner network.
- Develop and implement onboarding programs for new channel partners.
- Provide training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
- Understand market dynamics, identify key opportunities, and align partner activities with the overall business goals.
- Collaborate with channel partners to create and execute joint business plans.
- Monitor and analyze channel partner performance against established KPIs.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to management.
- Work with channel partners to develop and execute marketing strategies.
- Provide marketing collateral, promotional materials, and support for joint marketing initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key individuals within partner organizations.
- Serve as the main point of contact for channel partners, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Develop and manage incentive programs to motivate channel partners and drive sales.
- Ensure incentive structures are aligned with company objectives.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Provide market feedback to internal teams for product and strategy improvements.
- Ensure channel partners adhere to company policies and compliance standards.
- Implement governance mechanisms to monitor and enforce compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in vendor channel partner management with a minimum of 5 years of regional partner role in SaaS Cybersecurity industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing channel partner revenue (Distributor / SI).
- Strong communication, multilingual with very strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel within the assigned region in short period of notice.
- Good knowledge, SEA market experience in the cybersecurity.
