Job Title: Vehicle Maintenance Supervisor
About the JobWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our vehicle washing equipment.
Duties:
- Monitor and maintain all vehicle wash equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Inspect equipment for wear and tear, arranging for repairs or replacements as necessary.
- Provide instruction and supervision to staff on proper handling of equipment.
- Ensure safety standards are followed and maintained.
- Handle on-site cash transactions.
- Record daily receipts, employee time, wages, and supplies used.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently.
- Participate in washing, polishing, and other services during peak periods as needed.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1-3 years of supervisory experience in vehicle maintenance, retail, or service capacity.
- Experience with equipment maintenance is preferred.
- Must be hardworking, reliable, proactive, and an excellent problem solver.
- Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to work a shift schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
