Job Title: Strategic Procurement Expert

Job Description:

Excelitas Technologies is seeking a skilled and experienced procurement professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's purchasing processes, ensuring timely acquisition of goods and services at optimal prices.

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize purchasing processes and reduce costs.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their products and services.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to secure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs and requirements.
  • Manage supplier relationships and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment as a Buyer, Sourcing Specialist, or Procurement Specialist.
  • Proven experience in procurement or a similar role.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
