Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Transformation Specialist to enhance our customer success initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in procurement and source-to-pay (S2P) consulting, with experience working with enterprise customers.

  • Consult Customers on S2P Best Practices: Provide expert guidance on industry best practices and strategies around S2P implementation and optimization.
  • Drive Post-Implementation Value Realization: Align customer procurement objectives with solution capabilities to drive business value from our platform.
  • Track Customer Outcomes: Map and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as spend under management, realized savings, process automation, supplier performance, and compliance rates.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • 5–15 years of experience in procurement, S2P consulting, or related field.
  • Strong domain expertise across source-to-pay (S2P), procure-to-pay (P2P), strategic sourcing, contract management, or supplier management processes.
  • Prior experience consulting or advising chief procurement officers (CPOs), procurement COEs, or transformation leaders.
