Job Title: Strategic Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented procurement professional to oversee ICT procurement activities, primarily small-value purchases.

  • Collaborate closely with the project management team to design and implement effective procurement strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Evaluate ITQ/RFQ specifications, procurement conditions, compliance requirements, and governance standards to ensure seamless operations.
  • Manage the full procurement cycle from calling, evaluation, award, to contract management, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Prepare quotation and tender documents; utilize electronic procurement systems to streamline processes.
  • Monitor procurement progress to meet agreed timelines, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Offer expert advice on sourcing and contract management, contributing to the development of strategic procurement initiatives.
  • Support procurement audits and ad-hoc projects as required, leveraging expertise to drive business results.

Key Qualifications:

  • A degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Proven experience and working knowledge of public sector procurement, including government procurement processes, standards, and guidelines.

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of IT and familiarity with iLMS (SAP-based) or GeBIZ, enhancing the ability to navigate complex procurement systems.
