Job Title: Strategic Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced procurement professional to oversee the management of our procurement processes. This role involves ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of quality materials, tools, equipment, and consumables for various services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing store operations, supervising personnel, and ensuring efficient stock handling and fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and evaluate vendors for materials, tools, equipment, and consumables, ensuring compliance with company standards and sustainability goals.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to maintain cost-effectiveness while meeting quality standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with depot/store team for timely replenishment.
  • Maintain proper documentation, including purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoices.
  • Collaborate with operations and finance teams for forecast planning and budget alignment.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Certificate in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in procurement or inventory control, preferably in environmental services or FM sector.
  • Familiarity with green procurement or sustainable sourcing practices is advantageous.
  • Class 3 license required for operational support.
