Job Role

The key responsibilities of this role include supporting the development and promotion of progressive workplace practices. This involves analysing strategic labour policies, HR trends, and recommendations to address issues faced by employers or employees in the labour market.

  • Analyse labour policies, HR trends, or recommendations to identify solutions to labour market challenges.
  • Monitor global and local trends, as well as socioeconomic data of the labour markets, to create policy solutions.
  • Develop models to project future national manpower scenarios and explain driving forces shaping Singapore's economic and manpower environment.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Social Sciences, HR, Statistics, or related disciplines is required. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.

The ideal candidate will have good written, presentation, and verbal communication skills. Additionally, proficiency in applications such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Canva is essential. Experience with data analytics/programming applications such as Tableau/PowerBI, Stata, R, or SPSS is also beneficial.
