Strategic Workplace Solutions Coordinator

About the Role:

This position involves providing strategic support to ensure the effective deployment of IT solutions and collaboration tools in maintaining and improving business environments.

The ideal candidate will have experience in project coordination or management, preferably within IT or technology services.

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Familiarity with workplace technology solutions such as collaboration platforms and device management is also required.

The selected individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

They will be responsible for coordinating project planning and execution, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders, and managing documentation using project management tools.

The role also involves supporting testing, deployment, and post-implementation review processes.

In addition, the successful candidate will provide training sessions or workshops for end-users on new workplace technologies.

They will also support compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and company policies.

Furthermore, they will assist in identifying potential project risks or issues and escalating them to project leads.

Key Responsibilities:
