Job Title: Core Banking Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Core Banking Professional to join our team. As a key member of our core banking team, you will be responsible for leading or supporting the implementation of Temenos Transact (T24) modules.


About the Role:
  • You will leverage your deep domain expertise in core banking processes to design holistic and scalable solutions that meet business needs.
  • Conduct system analysis, gap assessments, and impact analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare high-quality documentation such as Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) in line with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver core banking transformation, upgrade, and migration projects.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with core banking platforms, especially Temenos Transact (T24).
  • Solid understanding of project lifecycle stages and implementation methodologies.
  • Proficiency in documenting functional and technical requirements.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
