About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead or support the implementation of core banking solutions. As a Technical Consultant, you will leverage your expertise in core banking processes to deliver high-quality results. Key responsibilities include leveraging deep domain expertise in accounts, payments, loans, deposits, and interest calculations, as well as leading or supporting the implementation of Temenos Transact (T24) modules.

You will conduct system analysis, gap assessments, and impact analysis to design holistic and scalable solutions. Additionally, you will prepare high-quality documentation such as Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) in line with Temenos standards.

This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver core banking transformation, upgrade, and migration projects. You will facilitate requirements gathering through workshops, stakeholder interviews, and legacy system analysis, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks including Basel III, MiFID II, PSD2, AML/KYC, and FATCA.

Your technical skills should include proficiency in documenting functional and technical requirements. Familiarity with Agile (Scrum, SAFe) and Waterfall delivery methodologies is also essential. Experience with BJB systems such as OTMS, DATAPLATFORM, and Integration Layer is a plus.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with core banking platforms, especially Temenos Transact (T24).
  • Solid understanding of Temenos Implementation Methodology (TIM) and project lifecycle stages.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
