Expert Banking Professional

We are seeking a seasoned banking expert to deliver high-quality solutions and drive business growth in our clients' core banking systems.

  • Partner with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Develop clear and concise specifications for custom development, ensuring the development team has a complete understanding of the project goals.
  • Analyze gaps between client needs and T24 capabilities, proposing realistic solutions and workarounds that stay within project scope.
  • Configure Temenos products through the definition of static and semi-static data, ensuring a smooth core banking system implementation.
  • Conduct functional testing to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Analyze client processes and workflows to recommend best practices for optimizing T24 utilization and maximizing its benefits.
  • Conduct workshops and demonstrations to effectively communicate product capabilities to stakeholders.
  • Manage communication with all project stakeholders, acting as a single point of contact for end-to-end solutions.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Temenos Solutions Consultancy and Expert Services, ideally in a banking environment.
  • Proven experience in T24 Core Banking transformation or Temenos Wealth Suite projects, with a specialization in Private Banking.
  • In-depth knowledge of standard banking processes and T24 modules (AA Loans, AA Deposits, Payments, Treasury, Securities, Corporate Actions).
  • Strong product knowledge of the mentioned T24 modules is a plus.
  • Experience with Trading and Order Management Systems, Trade Settlements, and SWIFTs is advantageous.
  • A strong understanding and ability to leverage the Temenos Implementation Methodology is required.
  • A proven track record in delivering successful T24 Core Banking implementations is essential.
