**Private Capital Markets Analyst Position**
Job Overview:This is a one-year contract role with the possibility of conversion to a permanent position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the Private Capital Markets team in drafting investor presentations, conducting market research, and participating in on-site due diligence.
- Develop and prepare high-quality investor presentations to showcase the company's offerings.
- Analyze market trends and intelligence to inform fund activities and investment decisions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements.
- Support the team with site visits, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and closure initiatives.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks, including RFPs, industry surveys, and investment management tracking.
- Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accountancy, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and resourceful approach.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects.
