Analyst, Private Capital Markets (Product Development) at CapitaLand.

Reporting to the Director, Private Capital Markets (Product Development), you will support the Private Capital Markets, Product Development team in drafting and preparing investor presentations, conducting market research, and supporting on-site due diligence.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the drafting and preparation of investor presentations
  • Conduct market research for fund activities, including investor trends and market intelligence
  • Keep current on competitive and regulatory landscape and industry best practices
  • Support the team with on-site due diligence
  • Coordinate with business partners and engage stakeholders
  • Assist in closing new product initiatives; coordinate all required work for taking a product from concept to closing, working with stakeholders and the wider team across all product development activities
  • Maintain investment management track record information, benchmarking data, and complete RFPs and industry surveys
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Degree in Real Estate, Banking & Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration, or related disciplines
  • Keen interest in real estate business, particularly in fund management activities for funds for institutional investors
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Able to multi-task and deliver work on time and accurately
  • Proactive and resourceful, with an inquisitive mind
  • Skilled in data analysis, with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • This is a 1-year direct contract role, with potential to convert to a permanent role after the contract duration
