The Role
In this senior-level position, you will be part of a dedicated team focused on organisational transformation. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organisation's future by driving change and improvement across various departments.
- Design and implement effective internal communication strategies to engage staff in our transformation journey.
- Work closely with stakeholders to provide tools and resources that support consistency in change management across programmes.
- Develop and coordinate initiatives to drive organisational transformation in line with Public Service Transformation and MSE-family goals.
- Manage the intranet portal, keeping staff informed about our progress and how they can contribute.
- Analyse data to identify trends and propose action plans to address issues or improve processes.
You Will Be Working On:
- Driving Change Management Across Programmes
- Providing Tools and Resources for Stakeholders
- Coordinating Organisational Transformation Initiatives
- Managing the Intranet Portal
- Data Analysis and Action Planning
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Business Management, or equivalent.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Organisational Development, transformation, innovation, or internal communications.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including experience engaging and managing internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking to distil insights from complex issues.
- Resourceful, meticulous, and able to work under tight deadlines independently.
- Familiarity with Organisation Development and Change Management theories and tools is advantageous.
