DSO National Laboratories (DSO) is Singapore’s largest defence research and development (R&D) organisation, with the critical mission to develop technological solutions to sharpen the cutting edge of Singapore's national security. The Corporate and Services Division undertakes strategic planning, collaboration, finance and procurement; and is also responsible for the enabling infrastructure of DSO such as IT and estate.

The Organisation Excellence (OE) department leads DSO’s business excellence efforts and corporate governance; and is involved in strategic planning as part of the Strategic Plans cluster.
Senior Manager (Organisation Excellence)
In this role, you will: - Review, develop and implement initiatives to address gaps and enhance management systems, policies and processes to ensure a high-performance DSO
- Oversee and drive agenda setting for Organisation and Division-level Management Meetings
- Prepare Quarterly Management and Annual Reports to apprise DSO Board on DSO’s organisational performance
- Manage DSO’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Framework. This includes monitoring of risk items, conducting regular review and reporting to management, to ensure relevance to DSO’s prevailing business strategy and objectives. As part of this effort, you will also be looking into the optimisation and digitalisation of the reporting process.
- Support management in the formulation of Corporate Plans & Services (CPS)’s workplan and annual report. You will also maintain oversight of CPS workplan initiatives through quarterly reporting to CPS management.
- Work as a team with members in the Strategic Plans Cluster to plan and organize Management Retreats and Workplan Seminars at DSO and CPS Division level.
- Provide support to any other adhoc workstreams related to organisation performance and stakeholder management.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Science or Engineering
- 8 to 10 years of experience in corporate planning and/or business excellence
- Prior experience in Corporate Planning and ERM management would be preferred
- Knowledge in Tableau or Power BI dashboard development for corporate reporting would be an advantage
- Strong writing, interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Good project management and organisational skills
- Comfortable to deal with different levels from senior leadership group, middle management to junior staff
- Able to work with mínimal supervision
- Must be proactive and able to work under time pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
