We are seeking an accomplished Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the planning and development of healthcare infrastructure facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, with experience in managing complex projects from proposal to completion.


This role involves:

  • Developing master-plans
  • Conducting feasibility studies
  • Managing design development, tender preparation and evaluation, and construction management

The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality infrastructure facilities.


Requirements">

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Recognized degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • At least 7 years' of relevant experience in facilities and project management in healthcare, pharmaceutical or semiconductor industry
  • Candidates with degree in Building Services with at least 8 years' of relevant experience may be considered
  • Extensive experience in design and operations of facilities with stringent environmental conditions such as cleanrooms, isolation and containment facilities
  • Proficient in Building Regulations, EHS and WSH requirements pertaining to infrastructure facilities development
  • Excellent project management, supervisory, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in AutoCAD drafting
  • An independent self-starter who is proactive, adaptable and works well under pressure
