Healthcare Infrastructure Planning Executive

We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking professional to join our team as an Executive. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
About the RoleThe Healthcare Strategy and Infrastructure Executive will be responsible for reviewing and managing space requests to ensure optimal utilization of facilities in line with strategic growth plans. This role will also involve developing long-term infrastructure plans for the hospital and campus, supporting strategic goals and future expansion.
The successful candidate will coordinate with stakeholders to plan, implement, and track infrastructure projects, conduct strategic analyses to guide space and infrastructure decision-making, and support upcoming renovation projects. Additionally, this role will involve liaising with external stakeholders on submissions for high-cost technology purchases and capital grant projects, including funding requests and project fund tracking.
The Executive will work with stakeholders to assess new clinical services for feasibility, financial viability, safety, quality, and governance, and manage agreements to ensure alignment with national, cluster, and healthcare strategies and compliance with policies.
Requirements- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- At least 3 years of working experience in project management and/or coordination, preferably within healthcare or large-scale infrastructure environments
