Hotel Operations Supervisors are responsible for overseeing all aspects of Front Office operations. They ensure that guests receive exceptional service and that hotel standards are met.
- Oversee the front desk, manage reservations, and handle guest inquiries.
- Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
- Develop relationships with house guests and provide personalized service.
- Coordinate closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in hospitality.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
